“Tales of Glory 2 – Retaliation” is a VR tactical shooter adventure game featuring Andrew “Dog” Carter, a former SAS operative, and his International Task Force squad fighting against a global terrorist organization called Quantum. The game includes huge immersive battles against hundreds of NPCs and infiltration missions. Players can lead their troops to victory in battles around the world, fight against NPCs to capture battlefield zones and give proximity orders and tactical goals to their squad. However, players must also stay undetected during solo missions and be careful not to leave any trace while eliminating enemies.
Some tips and tricks for Tales of Glory 2 – Retaliation:
General Gameplay:
Mastering movement: Learn to crouch, vault over obstacles, and use cover effectively. Movement is key to staying alive and outmaneuvering your enemies.
Communication is key: Use the in-game voice chat to coordinate with your team. Call out enemy positions, flanking routes, and objectives. Good communication can turn the tide of battle.
Know your role: Each class has its own strengths and weaknesses. Play to your class’s advantages and support your teammates accordingly. For example, medics should prioritize healing teammates, while riflemen should provide suppressive fire.
Learn the maps: Familiarize yourself with the layout of each map. Knowing where cover is, flanking routes, and enemy spawn points will give you a significant advantage.
Combat:
Aiming and shooting: Take your time aiming your shots. Use cover to your advantage and avoid standing in the open. Burst fire is more effective than spraying and praying, especially at longer distances.
Use grenades and explosives strategically: Grenades can flush enemies out of cover and break up defensive lines. Rockets and other explosives can destroy vehicles and fortifications.
Melee combat: Don’t underestimate the power of melee weapons. A well-timed knife attack can take down an enemy quickly and silently.
Revive fallen teammates: Reviving teammates keeps them in the fight and can turn the tide of battle. Make reviving a priority when safe to do so.
Advanced Tips:
Use your environment: Throw rocks or bottles to distract enemies, use smoke grenades to create cover, and climb ledges to get the upper hand.
Learn to bayonet charge: A well-timed bayonet charge can take down multiple enemies in quick succession. However, it’s a risky maneuver, so use it wisely.
Customize your loadout: Choose weapons and equipment that suit your playstyle and the map you’re playing on.
Practice aim with the shooting range: The shooting range is a great place to hone your aiming skills and try out different weapons.
